Farah Sutton
Development Analyst

Farah Sutton is a Development Analyst for Concord Eastridge. As a strategic financial and market feasibility analyst, she takes a focused approach to interpreting complex development projects and data to support the decision-making process for the company and for each project.
Utilizing her experience in government affairs, policy, and private equity, Farah delivers strategies, backed by analyses, to support political and economic strategic planning to navigate through challenges in the commercial real estate development market.

Before joining Concord Eastridge, Farah was Vice President of Government Affairs at Eberhardt Capital, LLC, where she worked with international, federal, and state government officials and policymakers. Engaged in communications and relationship building, Farah was responsible for researching and identifying new business growth, cost savings, and real estate opportunities. She is also an accomplished researcher, educator, presenter, and fundraiser with several publications.
Farah earned a Ph.D. in Education Policy & Practice from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Management from Marylhurst University, and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Arizona State University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and she holds a real estate license in Arizona.
