This Multi-family/Retail project is located on a .4 acre site in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.  The improvements consists of an L-shaped 103,480 GSF, 83 unit multi-family residential structure and 10,000 GSF of retail/restaurant space on the ground floor.  The building wraps around the north and east sides of a seven-story, 989-space parking deck constructed by Wake County to support the County's court system. 120 of the deck’s parking spaces are designated for exclusive use by our mixed-use residential development. Concord Eastridge has delivered a design that is unique in downtown Raleigh and provides a level of activity worthy of the City's revitalized Cultural/Convention District.

Concord Eastridge, in concert with Empire Properties, competed for this public/private mixed-use project which was delivered in May 2015.
