Concord Eastridge formed Summa West, a partnership with Education Realty Trust, to develop this urban, mixed use, residential complex supporting Downtown Phoenix, Arizona State University’s Downtown Campus and The University of Arizona’s College of Medicine at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. The Summa West team is a nationally recognized leader in public/private and mixed-use real estate development associated with universities and colleges. The 350,000 GSF urban development provides 609 new beds in 326 units.

The program also includes a 433-stall garage, two resort-style pools, workout facilities and 7,500 GSF of street level retail space. The leasing model is a mix of market-rate and student housing units. The project has been a catalyst for new development in the burgeoning Roosevelt Row neighborhood and serves as a gateway to the Arts and Entertainment Districts.
