Concord Eastridge is developing a major for-rent residential project on a three acre site in downtown Phoenix located between Roosevelt, McKinley Streets, Third and Fourth Streets.

The project is planned to include a residential building on each of the two seperate blocks, 7-8 stories each, containing approximately 325 dwelling units, common areas, approximately 8,000 GSF of grade level mixed use/retail, a 5 level parking garage with approximately 400 parking stalls, on-grade pool areas and additional tenant amenities.

The project is intended to serve the growing population of students attending classes at ASU Downtown and the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Construction was begun in February 2012 with completion in Summer 2013 to accommodate students for the 2013-2014 school year.

The project will provide a significant number of high quality for-rent housing units in the downtown zone, a primary objective of the City’s Downtown Master Plan. It will also serve as a major catalyst for further development of the Roosevelt Street Corridor and the Evans Churchill Neighborhood.
