The L

This Multi-family/Retail project is planned for development on a .4 acre site in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.  The planned improvements will consist of an L-shaped 103,480 gsf, 83 unit multi-family residential structure plus 10,000 gsf of retail/restaurant space on the ground floor.  The building will wrap around the north and east sides of a seven-story, 989-space parking deck constructed by Wake County to support the County's courts system. 120 parking spaces in the deck are designated for exclusive use by our mixed-use residential development.  Concord Eastridge will deliver a design that is unique in downtown, Raleigh and create a level of activity that is worthy of the revitalized City's Cultural/Convention District.

Concord Eastridge, in concert with Empire Properties, competed for this public/private mixed-use project which will be delivered in January 2015.
