Concord Eastridge is developing a full service Conference Center and Hotel on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University. The new Conference Center Hotel is designed to complement the services offered by the adjacent Park Alumni Center and the newly developed Lonnie Poole Golf Course. This project will be designed to the stringent standards of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC).
The 10-acre site of the new Conference Center Hotel is situated on a scenic overlook of Lake Raleigh, as a premier focal element to the beautiful 1100-acre Centennial Campus. The new hotel is scheduled for completion in 2012.
