Concord Eastridge has entered into definitive agreements with UNLV as Master Developer for the UNLV Hotel & Conference Center as part of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV’s main campus. The College is the largest school at UNLV with a current enrollment of approximately 2500 students and plans to expand to approximately 4,000 students with the addition of a new academic building immediately adjacent to the new hotel & conference center.

One of UNLV’s key objectives for the project is to support and encourage research activities related to the mission of the Hotel College while balancing the ongoing economic success of the Hotel.  To this end, guidelines will be developed that will govern the conduct of innovative research programs for the development and testing of new hospitality and conferencing products and services within the Hotel and a joint UNLV/Hotel committee will review and approve specific research proposals before they are undertaken within the Hotel.

The project is in design and slated for completion in 2013.
