Approaching the site one notices the grandiose welcoming entrance. The two-story lobby provides an open space lit with natural lighting provided by a skylight. The new school consists of 32 classrooms, a library, an administration, a multipurpose area and an underground parking. The development also includes a multi-purpose building, kitchen and dining facilities, covered lunch shelter, ramps, site perimeter walls, playground, hardscape, and landscaped areas.
The school program is based on a two semester basis and has a planned enrollment of 804 students in grade K through 5. This school facility is located on a 3.79 acre site.
Services performed included lease/leaseback development and project management. The new school was completed in 2005.
