This three-story elementary school promotes a sense of place as its buildings surround an open courtyard. The parking located on the north side of the campus creates a safe entry to its occupants. The new school consists of 73,496 square feet, comprised of 40 classrooms, a library, an administration, and multi-purpose area.

The school program is based on a two-semester basis and has a planned enrollment of 1,000 students in grades K through 5. This school facility utilizes 4.37 acres of the 6.73-acre site. The remaining portion will provide additional green space and will be left for future expansion or a new Primary Center.

Services performed included lease/leaseback development and project management.  The new campus was delivered January 2006.
