This project involved the development of approximately 67,000 square feet of school facilities for Kindergarten – 5th grade.
The campus contains four buildings: two three-story buildings with 33 classrooms for grades 1 thru 5 and 1 single-story building with 2 classrooms for kindergarten; and also a single-story library and a single-story multi-purpose building with faculty dining, kitchen and covered lunch shelter.
The school is located on a 4.15 acre site. The site layout is designed so that the playground facilities can be joint use by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation & Parks. The total area of site work with hardscape and landscape for playground/outdoor recreation is approximately 84,000 square feet
Services performed included lease/leaseback development and project management. The new campus was completed in 2005.
