Concord was retained as the Development Manager, overseeing the development of this new, high-end project in the resort town of Steamboat Springs, CO.
Concord provided a full range of development management services for The Highmark resort condominium project, from financing, to design oversight, to construction management. Concord managed the design team and specialty consultants, hired the general contractor, and served as Construction Manager during the development process.
Concord was also directly involved in arranging the construction and mezzanine loans for this project, as well as the sales and marketing efforts. The project was completed in April of 2007.
