This urban mixed-use project for Miami Dade College includes a cluster of academic buildings, retail and office space, restaurants and a hotel, all of which are integrated to create a destination that offers culture, campus and community. Students, faculty and local residents will appreciate the cultural amenities offered with the cultural courtyard design.
Concord Eastridge was selected as the College's development partner following a detailed qualifications and development proposal process conducted by Miami Dade College and their advisors. Following several months of collaborative planning between Concord Eastridge and the College, the project was put on hold by the College, pending State budget issues facing Florida and the statewide higher education system.
