Located in central Florida on the Intercostal Waterway, Westland Marina is an active operating facility, with 88 wet slips and approximately 150 dry slips. The “uplands” associated with this Marina have been planned and entitled for 124 residential condominium units.
Concord was responsible for the acquisition and financing of this operating marina property. In addition, Concord orchestrated the repositioning and entitlement process for the planned residential mid-rise buildings to be constructed on the uplands. Concord continues to direct the Marina operations while evaluating the further development of this property.
