Concord Eastridge served as the Master Developer of this high-profile, mixed-use development of 13 acres on Arizona State University’s main campus adjacent to downtown Tempe, Arizona. Concord assembled a team of world-class architects, planners, engineers and financiers to provide comprehensive development management services including site master planning, project feasibility, financing, design, construction oversight, marketing, leasing and community outreach to Arizona State University.
Concord Eastridge was selected by the University as its development partner in mid-2004 as a result of a national competition involving a field of seventeen national development teams.
Following three years of collaborative planning work with the University, ASU determined that due to critical State funding issues, the University could not go forward with the project. The project is currently on indefinite hold given the University's current financial constraints.
