Hired by the Arena Stage's Board of Directors, Concord was given responsibility for the full oversight and the planning and design of a fully integrated theater complex that included three performance halls, rehearsal and costume/scenery/properties facilities, production and stage facilities and administrative support areas. This project was part of the Anacostia Waterfront initiative in downtown Washington, D.C.
Upon completion of the predevelopment and feasibility work, Concord passed the project on to others for implementation of the development process.
