Originally constructed as a regional shopping mall, NetCenter is a high tech office complex which serves defense, government and telecommunications users in Hampton Roads Virginia. As Development Manager, Concord is responsible for coordinating all aspects of this complex redevelopment, including entirely new mechanical and electrical systems.
NetCenter provides tenants with a strong amenity base on-site, including a food court, fitness facility, day care center, and select retail uses. NetCenter's major tentants include Northrop Grumman, Verizon, AMSEC and Portfolio Recovery Associates.
