As Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, Concord worked hand in hand with both the owner and the operator of this large-scale downtown hotel to complete an extensive renovation and addition. The hotel remained open and fully operational throughout the entire renovation process with little interruption to guest services. This $33M renovation was completed on time and on budget in a record breaking 13 weeks.
