The Hotel Thayer is an historic hotel located on the grounds of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Concord was retained by the owner as the Development Manager for a two-phase project to modernize and expand the facility. Phase I involved a renovation of the existing 130-room hotel, including all public and back of the house areas. Phase II involved a 125- room expansion, plus new conference facilities, pool and spa. As Development Manager, Concord was responsible for all aspects of the project, and played a significant role in the private placement bond financing.
