Warner Building and Theatre

As an executive with a large DC-based development firm, Jeffery Arnold oversaw all aspects of development of this 12 story, Class A office and mixed-use project in downtown Washington DC, including site assemblage, financing, design, construction, marketing and leasing.

Particular challenges of this project included the restoration of the Warner Building and the historic Warner Theatre, plus the marriage of an expansive additional building with the original historic-designated structure.
