
The District of Columbia provided $64 million of tax incentive financing (TIF) for the Gallery Place project, and Concord played an instrumental role as development consultant overseeing the City’s interests.
For this complex, multi-phase, mixed-use project, Concord provided an intense constructability review of structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical components of the design; review of primary construction contracts, construction techniques, construction costs, development budget and the project schedule.
Following this review, Concord provided monthly monitoring of schedule, budget and all payment requests including change orders and draws payment applications.
