The Concord Eastridge Executive Team brings years of knowledge and world class execution to real estate development projects. The duties of our executive team include: the reviewing and monitoring of new business opportunities, determining “go/no go” decisions for new projects, determining and evaluating staffing assignments for due diligence and project delivery, establishing annual and multi-year goals for the company, and managing achievement of company goals.

Susan Eastridge


A dedicated real estate entrepreneur for over 25 years, Susan Eastridge founded Concord Eastridge, Inc. in 2003, following many years owning and managing the Eastridge Companies, an education-focused real estate development firm.

At Concord Eastridge, Ms. Eastridge focuses on national business development and pre-development planning and financing of urban mixed-use projects, as well as university, municipal and public/private real estate development. 

Her responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates marketing and transactional strategies
  • Supervising efforts of business development and marketing staff, real estate licensees and project consultants
  • Directing the overall company strategies and business plan

Michael Haller

Michael Haller, Executive Vice President

Michael Haller joined the firm in 2002. His primary focus is on the development of new business and investment relationships.  Mr. Haller utilizes his significant knowledge of private and public real estate development, combined with a deep understanding of the development process to provide creative solutions to our real estate clients and partners. 

His primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and coordinating the investigation and vetting of each viable opportunity
  • Coordinating and transitioning new opportunities into the due diligence stage with project delivery staff
  • Devising and directing business development strategies and company marketing infrastructure
  • Active membership on the Executive Committee with a focus on pursuits, business strategies and policies

Brian Oakley


Brian Oakley joined the firm in 2005. Using his experience as a financial executive, controller and financial analyst, Mr. Oakley leads and administers all company accounting and financial activities at both the corporate and project levels.  

His responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing tax matters and preparation with outside CPAs
  • Overseeing and administering HR responsibilities of the company 
  • Overseeing and administering general office operations for the company 
  • Active membership on the Executive Committee with a focus on finance, operations and asset management

Andrew Klamon


Andrew Klamon joined Concord Eastridge in 2006. His current work with institutional and non-institutional public/private sector projects focuses on mixed-use, urban infill and university campus projects. Utilizing a strong background in architecture and urban design, Mr. Klamon brings a highly creative approach to every project.

His responsibilities include:

  • Project identification
  • Project feasibility and deal structuring 
  • Managing pre-development activities, including financial and market analyses, entitlements, design and pre-construction oversight
  • Active membership on the Executive Committee with a focus on pursuits, business strategies and policies
