The conference, hosted by Student Housing Business Magazine, will bring together industry leaders in academic housing to discuss the changing role of public/private development of student housing. Susan has been invited to discuss the outlook for on- and off-campus public/private partnership development.

Concord Eastridge is a leading developer of public/private development of academic housing, collegiate hospitality facilities and academic mixed-use projects for colleges and universities throughout the United States. Current academic projects include the University of Mary Washington’s Eagle Village, a mixed-use development including student housing, Class “A” office, residential and retail space with structured parking. The project is an adaptive reuse of an aging retail center adjacent to UMW’s main campus in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Concord Eastridge also is developing The Mason Inn, a 150-room conference center hotel for George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Both projects are scheduled for completion this summer.
