Michael A. Haller
Senior Vice President / National Business Development
Michael A. Haller has more than 30 years of commercial real estate and development experience that brings a strong foundation to his role as Senior Vice President of National Business Development for Concord Eastridge, Inc. He joined the firm in 2003.
His primary responsibilities include:
- Leads development teams in the pursuit of major national projects
- Maintains client relationships after master development agreements are completed
- Directs a national group of professionals in managing current client and project partner relationships.
Mr. Haller has led the Concord Eastridge efforts in the award of master developer for RiverParc, a residential mixed-use development in downtown Pittsburgh, Concord Eastridge's selection as developer of a Hotel/ Conference Center & Office Building for University of North Carolina Wilmington, the redevelopment of a new Bus Maintenance/Administration facilities for Hampton Roads Transit in Norfolk, Virginia, that also includes a mixed-use project consisting of 70,000 s.f. of retail and 100,000 s.f. of office space and related parking facilities.
Mr. Haller has also led the firm’s efforts in its selection as master developer of the 100-acre
Innovation Park/Tracy, in Tracy, CA, a consortium of higher education institutions in a campus setting that will serve California’s Central Valley region with satellite locations for professional advancement. Additionally, Mr. Haller led the firm’s efforts in its selection as developer of the Mason Inn, a hotel/ conference center on the main campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Summary of Experience
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Mr. Haller held positions with Jacobs Facilities, Inc., Honeywell Inc., JMB Properties, Julien J. Studley Inc., among other employers. Over the course of his career, he has completed corporate educational/training facilities in excess of $200 million. He has also developed more than 4 million square feet of commercial office buildings; a 250,000 s.f. corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida; and four 50,000 s.f. regional headquarters throughout the U.S.
Education/Licenses/Memberships
Mr. Haller attended Arizona State University. His professional affiliations have included the Society of College and University Planners (SCUP), Council of Education Facility Planners International (CEFPI), National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE, now CORENET). He is on the National Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a former Member of the Year for the Northern Virginia NAIOP Chapter. Mr. Haller is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
