Steven R. Schnoor
Senior Vice President / Regional Director

Mr. Schnoor has more than 28 years of project and construction management experience in the development, design and construction of major projects throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and South America. As Senior Vice President/Regional Director, he provides overall leadership to the development team. He takes the lead in development and pre-construction services and brings his extensive design experience and insight into project management, construction methods and contractibility, scheduling and understanding of operational concerns to the Western U.S. portfolio of Concord Eastridge projects.

He is experienced with all facets of development. He has directed pre-construction services in budgeting, scheduling, architectural design, purchasing, and contract negotiations and has managed numerous large, complex projects.

His responsibilities include:

- Directs the real estate and development activities in the Western U.S.
- Devises real estate development and acquisition strategies
- Determines project feasibility and real estate acquisition strategies
- Oversees project planning and project financing

Mr. Schnoor insists that the team assigned to each project listen, learn and communicate well and will have overall responsibility for the performance on the project. Teams under his leadership have consistently delivered projects to exceed client expectations at every level.

Summary of Experience
Prior to his career at Concord Eastridge, Inc., he held leadership positions with Turner Construction and Westin Hotels. At Turner, he was responsible for national financial and development relationships related to the private development of facilities for public-sector clients on an off-balance sheet, turnkey basis. Specifically, he was focused on the development and management of strategic alliances with finance, development and design partners for the pursuit and delivery of design-build-finance and public/private
partnership projects on a national basis.  Prior to joining Turner, Mr. Schnoor was Senior Vice President of Technical Services at Westin Hotels and Resorts where he was responsible for project management, capital planning and hotel support services on a global basis.

Education/Memberships
Mr. Schnoor earned his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Washington and his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Yale University. He is a member of the Design Build Institute of America and Urban Land Institute.
