Geoff Marincovich
Project Accountant

Geoff Marincovich is an experienced accountant with more than 12 years of industry experience.  As Project Accountant, Mr. Marincovich is responsible for the preparation of project financial statements, monthly draw requests for current projects, and forecast and budget reporting.  His responsibilities also include general corporate accounting functions and entity management. 
 

Summary of Experience
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Mr. Marincovich held finance and accounting positions including the Interim CFO at Coor Capital where he was responsible for overall financial operations including portfolio tracking and investor reporting.  He also served as project manager of a luxury condominium development, managing the project to its completion while overseeing the day-to-day organization of consultants, staff meetings and key project activities.  Mr. Marincovich’s responsibilities have included overseeing managing daily cash flows and investments, overseeing accounting and audit functions, preparing annual operating budgets, and managing relationships with financial institutions and individual investors. 

Education/Licenses/Memberships
Mr. Marincovich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant.
