Carl Adams
Chief Financial Officer

Carl Adams brings to Concord Eastridge 20 years of finance experience, including 10 years within the real estate industry.

His multinational experience includes both equity and debt financing for more than 100 real estate development and acquisition projects.  Mr. Adams led the formation of joint ventures with various equity sources including private equity funds, state pension funds and life insurance companies.  Debt financings were achieved through local, regional and national banks, life insurance companies and agency lending.  In addition, Mr. Adams has been responsible for corporate strategy and investor relations for a multi-billion dollar public company.

Based in our Arlington office, Mr. Adams is responsible for corporate strategy, equity and debt financing, acquisitions, asset management, accounting, forecasting, budgeting and treasury.

Summary of Experience
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge in early 2010, Mr. Adams was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sunrise Senior Living responsible for mergers and acquisitions, asset management, debt, forecasting, budgeting, investor relations and treasury.  In this position, Mr. Adams was responsible for raising $3 billion of equity and debt for the acquisition and development of senior living communities.  Prior to Sunrise, Mr. Adams held various financial leadership positions with Ernst & Young, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and an international telecommunications organization.

Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
