Heather Bowser
Office Administrator

Heather Bowser brings over 5 years of commercial real estate experience to the Florida-based development team. She serves as the Project Administrator for the Florida office located in Orlando, Florida, where she coordinates pre-development and development activities. 
 

Additional responsibilities include:
- Provides executive support for the Vice President of Development.
- Coordinates local projects and works closely with Project Managers to identify project needs.
- Assists in asset management activities related to projects assigned the Florida office.
- Prepares presentations for prospective proposals and projects.
- Creates, distributes and maintains external and internal project materials.
- Conducts ongoing research for new projects in Florida and the southeastern United States.

Summary of Experience
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Ms. Bowser has worked in commercial and residential real estate in title insurance, timeshare, and investments for LandAmerica Financial Group, Wyndham Vacation Ownership and CNL Financial Group.
 

Education
Ms. Bowser obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
