Jason Young
Acquisitions and Development Manager

 Jason Young has 10 years of real estate experience in development, acquisitions and asset management.  His development experience includes high rise multifamily and mixed-use developments in the greater Washington, DC area.

In his role as Acquisitions and Development Manager, his responsibilities include:
- Directing the acquisitions processes from initial underwriting through due diligence and closing
- Facilitating Concord Eastridge’s efforts to secure debt and equity for the company’s investment pipeline
- Coordinating the pursuit of new development opportunities including feasibility analysis, deal structuring and oversight of the design and construction components of the project budgets and schedules

Summary of Experience
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Mr. Young held positions with JPI in McLean, Virginia and the JBG Companies in Chevy Chase, Maryland where he managed the development activities of projects consisting of 2,000 apartment units and 250,000 square feet of retail space.  

Mr. Young started his career in real estate acquisitions and asset management with Crow Holdings in Dallas, Texas.  On behalf of the company’s private equity funds, his efforts contributed to successful investments in multiple real estate asset classes including 2,000 hotel rooms, a master planned community with over 1,000 single family lots, several shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment communities.

Education/Licenses/Memberships
Mr. Young received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University where he studied real estate finance.
