Ginny Funkhouser
Project Coordinator

Ginny Funkhouser brings 8 years of commercial real estate experience to the Eastern U.S. development team of Concord Eastridge. She serves as the Project Coordinator for the eastern regional headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, where she assists in pre-development and development activities.  She also serves as executive assistant to the Company president.

Ms. Funkhouser is a member of the Project Team for Concord Eastridge’s project at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  This project, Eagle Village, is the re-development of a 220,000 sf retail shopping center into a mixed-use “University Village” where her responsibilities include preparing and reviewing lease documents, reviewing monthly financial statements, tenant relations and strategic planning.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

 - Working closely with Project Managers to identify project needs.
 - Coordinating the preparation of financial presentations for equity investors and lenders.
 - Creating, distributing and maintaining external and internal project materials.
 - Preparing routine and specialized reports for project lenders and equity investors.
 - Managing the companies’ corporate and project related insurance policies.
 
Summary of Experience

Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Ms. Funkhouser has worked in commercial real estate including property management of retail shopping centers, as well as residential real estate in the title insurance industry.

Education

Ms. Funkhouser obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, and studied marketing and advertising for a semester in the Gold Coast, Australia.
