Mike Fahner

Mike Fahner brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to Concord Eastridge.
 

He is responsible for business development and project management activities, which include:

 - Project identification, including pre-development efforts for hospitality projects
 - Project feasibility and deal structuring, including procuring hotel management and franchise agreements
 - Sourcing of capital for new hotel developments
 - Creating and managing development teams

Summary of Experience
Mr. Fahner’s hospitality experience includes more than two decades in vice president level positions with Marriott and Aramark Harrison Lodging. He is a leader in hospitality sales and marketing, sales training and staffing development.  He brings an operational insight to the development process not found in other development companies.

Education/Licenses/Memberships
Mr. Fahner is a graduate of the College of New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a member of Meeting Planners International and the International Association of Conference Centers and has been a guest speaker at Cornell University, Penn State University, University of the District of Columbia and Drexel University. He has also been a guest speaker at the International Association of Conference Centers’ annual meetings and has served as chairman of its membership value committee, chaired the marketing committee and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
