Concord Eastridge, a woman-owned real estate development firm, is a nationally respected leader in public/private and mixed-use development in association with universities and colleges, public entities, not-for-profit organizations and other institutions. Concord Eastridge also develops a variety of commercial and multi-family residential projects for its own account with a robust portfolio of private development projects that complements its public/private development endeavors.

The senior leadership team of Concord Eastridge is staffed by interdisciplinary professionals with over 200 years of collective experience in the execution of real estate development projects and real property transactions.
