PROJECT:  INDERKUM HIGH SCHOOL
“The project was extremely well coordinated, completed
approximately two months before the completion date
and nearly two million dollars under the guaranteed I
maximum cost!  I would jump at the opportunity to work
on another project with Concord Eastridge. All of the
Concord Eastridge staff we came in contact with reflected  a company culture that is knowledgeable, professional,
caring and personable. They were all about doing the project
right and fixing problems, not fixing the blame.”

OUR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE

Public/Private Development

Concord Eastridge seeks opportunities to develop or redevelop property in conjunction with universities, colleges, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations and other institutions. We look for a "catalyst" to spur a project's conceptualization, such as a:

  • - need or desire for a more livable city
  • - reinvigoration of a downtown area
  • - reclamation of a waterfront into a quality work or community environment
  • - growth or upgrade initiative on a university campus to improve its physical environment to attract and retain students, faculty and staff
  • - enterprising use of surplus or under-utilized property
  • - redefining of a community or a campus area into a sustainable and synergetic mixed-use destination
  • - need for new live/work/play facilities to support the goals of project stakeholders.

Mixed-Use Development

Concord Eastridge's project portfolio is comprised largely of projects that include two or more types of uses. Our senior professional staff offers seasoned development experience and capabilities in the following product types:

  • - Commercial office space including a focus on build-to-suit development
  • - High density residential (for sale and for rent) including student housing
  • - Integrated retail and parking components
  • - Academic facilities
  • - Hotels and conference centers
  • - Special purpose facilities including performing arts, sports/recreation and cultural buildings
